Baldwin was previously a Spears player and has acquitted himself time and again and Norman is the top try scorer of his team the Eagles, so when these 2 are overlooked in favour of an export, it is time to question "What really are the motives of the Southern Kings, if it is not represented by local talent?" A crying shame this is.
