Steve is based in the North of Spain, though is a patriotic South African sports fan and whose blood is African. He spends his weekdays pretending to be working but really contemplating the answers to some of lifes most important questions such as: Why Bafana can`t get it together, when are the Boks eventually going to win in New Zealand again and if it is really so necessary for Australian cricketers to be so arrogant.

He believes sports commentary comes best from those of us who may not neccesarily be qualified in the field but spend large parts of our lives (and disposable income) on supporting our local and national sides.

Saturdays are for sports watching and beer drinking where his emotions and mood tend to depend on the performance of his favourite teams. Sunday evenings are then used to watch the games again, but thinking about them a bit less passionately and a bit more logically.
