		<description>All professionals are extremely talented but the difference at that level between greats and average players is mental discipline, professional organisation/work ethic and self believe. Gibbs certainly believes he can destroy any attack on any given day  (this largely carried him together with his huge talent) but the mental discipline was not always there and he seemed to struggled at stages to manage/organise he personal affairs around cricket. 

Many talented youngster at school level never make the cut at senior levels because of these factors. Especially some of our developmental players, that don't always have sufficient support structures in terms of dealing with the mental and day/day demands of professional sports. Other less talented players develop these skills better and deal with the pressure better and become rise to the top despite having "less natural talent"</description>
