		<description>Great article, please please lets have more of the good posiitve Dave Harris and less of the angry negative one.

Should the World Cup, staged every 4 years not make sure decisions are 100% correct and the 1 billion soccer players worldwide can carry on playing their game as is, with fun humanness and debatable human errors.
