I do think that with cricket, you can get a good ball, or an unlucky decision and suddenly you become a poor batsmen, the confidence goes and you start to soul search and tweak your game.
With rugby, Ruan's confidence looks shot too thanks to him being pulled all kinds of ways to fill various positions to suit whichever coach he happens to be playing under. It sucks when you are that good ha ha.
However, on the rugby field you have 80 mins (not one ball) to fix the problem, to up your game, make a break, score a try, make a tackle and whatever else is required to build your confidence and show your metal.
The solution is simple…pick a position and stay there. In my opinion, his best position is scrum-half.</description>
