His knees have a degenerative condition. This type of problem almost never gets better. Just look the history of tennis and this condition, you will see a pattern that is very disturbing. I don't hate Nadal or this Federer is better. I just think that all this hype is for nothing. If at the end of Nadal's career has the most records and the most GS then so be it. He is capable of producing high quality tennis on a very regular basis. Unlike the more flashy players, Roger stays within his means and works for every point, setting up shot after shot, and waiting for the right time to unload, and hit a winner.
