its amazing how time flies this article was posted in 2008 by SARLA in response to an article by Tienie Martin a displaced Zimbabwean farmer on the eve of Brian Mujati's debut for the Springboks. The timing of these postings by Tienie Martin raises suspicion and the motive is very clear. There a a lot of people who 'nearly' mdae it into the Springboks Martin is one them and is fortunate therefor to have received the attention of the Legends Ass. Brian has moved on to England after having been capped 16 times for the Springboks where he has established himself as arguably the best tighthead prop in the Northern Hemisphere. I have no doubt that the racial prejudice created by the likes of Tienie Martin motivated this brilliant player's move to England and their gain evidently became SA loss. I fail to understand why we have allowed space in our sport for politics worse still zimbabwean politics. What does Martin's problem though appreciated have to do with Brian Mujati? Has he suffered any prejudice as a direct result of Brian's actions? Surely as a person well over 70 Tienie Martin should have known where to seek redress. I am surprised Brian hasnt filed any charges
